WATCHET is holding an Open Garden Weekend and a Scarecrow competition on Saturday and Sunday, June 27 and 28, from 10 am to 4 pm.

Visitors will be able to view 10 private gardens while helping to raise funds for the Watchet Salvation Army (West Somerset homelessness project) and the Watchet Garden and Flower Show.

Entries to all 10 gardens is £5. Children must be 12 or over, with no under 12s admitted, with free admission for under 16s.

Tickets can be booked via https://www.ticketcourse.co.uk/watchet-gardening-show and includes a map of the gardens. Entry forms for the Scarecrow competition can be collected at Watchet Visitor’s Centre until July 20 and it costs £1 to enter.
