WATCHET Town play away to Clutton in the Premier Division of the Uhlsport Somerset County League on Saturday in a match they feel they should not be playing.

Watchet were winning 3-0 at Clutton a fortnight ago when the home side decided they did not want to continue.

"The lads all felt we should have been awarded the game," said manager Avril Cooke. "But the FA have decided it should be replayed. The boys are not happy they are having to play the game."

Watchet are 14th in the table, with the same number of points as Clutton but have a crucial game in hand.

"Obviously it is an important game for us," added Cooke. "There is not a lot to choose between some of the sides above us. At the moment we have seven games remaining."

Meanwhile Minehead, in ninth place in Division One, will be looking for back to back victories when they play at home to 12th placed Winscombe. Minehead won 1-0 at Saltford last weekend.
