A BODY has been found in the search for a 63-year-old man last seen in Wiveliscombe.
On Thursday, June 12, Avon and Somerset Police issued a missing persons appeal for James who had last been seen at 6.30pm on Wednesday, June 11, in Huish Champflower.
The police have since shared that a body was found later that day (June 12) by Exmoor Search & Rescue team during the search for James.

A spokesperson for Avon and Somerset Police said: “Formal identification is yet to take place, but his family have been updated and our thoughts are with them at this difficult time.”
The death is not being treated as suspicious.
