KILVE have opened up a 40-point lead at the top of the first division in the West Somerset Cricket League after they beat Bridgetown by 43 runs.
Bagborough slipped back to third place after they lost by 157 runs at home to Winsford whose star batter was Tommy Wyatt who scored 89. Bagborough's last man Matthew Raffill was top scorer with 20, while Pat Crane took 4-9 in nine overs and Harry Pickard 2-22 and Wyatt 2-20.
Morebath have moved back into second spot after they beat Brompton Ralph by ten wickets. Brompton slumped to 65 all out while openers James Carey (7) and Stephen Killand (42) knocked off the runs with ease.
Mark Hannaford hit 103 for Lydeard St Lawrence who beat Stoke St Mary by four wickets. George Johnson scored 65 for Stoke.
In Division Two, Huish Champflower chalked up a ten-wicket home win over Crowcombe with openers Michael Kidner (89 not out) and Nathan Hill (90 not out) in good form. Josh Newman hit 67 for the losers.
Churchinford beat Fitzhead by two wickets, thanks to Will Read's 54, while East Huntspill were 162-run winners at home to Roadwater.
In Division Three, Watchet are 48 points clear of the field after they won by 97 runs against North Curry with 50-plus scores from Matt Lowell, Connor Jeromson and Eben Harding who was not out 63.
In Division Four Sampford Arundel stretched their lead at the top to 66 points after they were awarded the full 30 points because rivals Over Stowey could not raise a side.
East Huntspill were bowled out for 36 by Roadwater while Stoke St Mary won by 64 runs against Brompton Ralph.
