WIVELISCOMBE remain top of Counties One Western West despite their away match against bottom side Penryn being postponed on Saturday, January 17.
The Cornish club called off the game the previous day because their ground was waterlogged following a week of heavy rain.
However, Wiveliscombe still have a five-point lead at the top over second-placed Paignton - and also have a crucial game in hand.
Paignton missed out on a chance of closing the gap on Wiveliscombe after they lost 29-26 away to Truro.
In other matches in the division, Barnstaple fought out a 17-17 home draw against Torquay Athletic, Newton Abbot beat St Ives at home 38-36 and Redruth were 33-24 home winners over Plymstock Oaks.
Meanwhile, Wiveliscombe 2nd XV secured only their third win of the season in Counties Three Somerset South when they gained a 71-5 home victory over Hornets 3rd XV who they also beat earlier in the season.
Arthur Irvine went over for a hat-trick of tries for Wiveliscombe, while Torin Keyte, Ben Bidgway, Rhys Hemings Langdon, Cameron Palk, Rowan Keyte and Jamie Lally also crossed for five-pointers for the home side. It enabled them to move up to tenth in the table.
Wellington 2nd XV were due to play away to second-placed Wells but forfeited the match because they could not field a front row. It meant Wells stay 100 per cent while Wellington remain on the bottom with minus 14 points.
