Saturday saw Watchet A clinch promotion from Premier Division Two of the Somerset County League with a maximum points win away to Yeovil B.

They finished runners-up, just one point behind champions Portishead RBL A and 20 clear of the third-placed side.

L Allen, M Radford, J Groves and N Williams won 38-10; R Hooper, D Steel, R Rendell and I Trunks won 23-13; and S Slade, R Groves, M Webber and S Steel won 15-14.
