WATCHET Town will be hoping that utility player Aerron Clausen will be fit for tomorrow’s (Sat) tough home game against Ashton & Backwell United in the Premier Division of the Uhlsport Somerset County Football League (2p.m.).
Clausen faces a late fitness test after at one stage looking set to be sidelined until the New Year through injury. This is the first of four successive home games for Watchet.
Fourth in the table Ashton will be hoping to step up the pressure at the top of the table which is headed Nailsea United who have lost only one match this season.
Minehead will also be hard-pressed to win away to first division leaders Portishead Town Reserves, especially after losing 2-0 away to Peasedown Miners Welfare last weekend.
