MINEHEAD Barbarians will be looking to maintain second spot in Counties Two Somerset South when they play away to Imperial on Saturday, December 13.
The Babas moved up two places in the division after they gained a 28-20 home win over Hornets in their most recent fixture. However, they are only two points clear of third-placed and promotion rivals Burnham on Sea who have a game in hand.
Minehead, now coached by New Zealander Isaiah Graham-Hooper, trail 100 per centers Clevedon by six pints - and the leaders also have a match in hand.
Burnham play at home to Keynsha who are lying eighth in the table, having won three and lost five of their eight fixtures.
Rebels Rugby, who are based at Milverton and are three points adrift at the bottom of the table, play away to another struggling side Castle Cary.

Meanwhile, Minehead Barbarians 2nd XV, who were without a game over the weekend, played at home to Bridgwater & Albion 3rd XV in Counties Four Somerset South on Saturday, December 13.
The division is headed by Barnham on Sea who have a three-point lead over second-placed Morganians. Burnham play away to North Petherton while Morganians are also home - to Weston super Mare.
North Petherton are bottom of the table, having won only two of their nine fixtures - and have a points deficit of minus 15. Bridgwater also have a minus three total.
