WE HAVE an exciting ownership opportunity, especially if your name is Harry! Would you like to own eight-time winner Harry, a Swedish born nine-year-old bay gelding.?

Harry has just joined us from France after we claimed him last week following his win over hurdles at Clairefontaine. This was his third victory over hurdles and he has five flat wins to his name as well as numerous placings under both codes.

All his wins on the flat came in his homeland of Sweden but he is actually by top British sire Maxios. Since moving to France his record is three wins from nine starts over hurdles and he won nicely the other day.

Despite having some time off through injury in the past, he has returned to action this summer with two wins from three starts.

He arrived over the weekend. He measures 16.1hh and has a nice bit of size and scope to jump a fence at some point. He would have a rating of about 110 at the moment; he has form on all sorts of ground and looks good value at just under 15,000 Euros.

Harry is available to buy should anyone be interested and so if you would like more details do not hesitate to get in touch.

Harry is fit and so will be ready for instant action when racing resumes from its mini break in the middle of August.

We had just two runners last week and both were placed fourth. Savanna Storm improved on his debut effort to run well at Newton Abbot in the bumper.

Final Entry ran well at Worcester but the three furlongs drop in distance perhaps did not but again he did nothing wrong in defeat and this was a solid effort.

Our first runners of this week will be at Worcester on Wednesday where we run Bashful Boy and Mancero, both of whom ran well at the track a couple of weeks ago.

Bashful Boy was third at the track a couple of weeks ago which was not a bad run on his first start over hurdles for a while and he should be sharper for that outing.

On Friday, we have Ocean Heights and Thetypeistitle entered at Uttoxeter and both could run but keep checking the Daily News of the website for all the latest news on the stable runners.

Thetypeistitle made a winning start to her rules career at Stratford last time and while it is never easy to win a bumper with a penalty she is the type that could do this with Rian Corcoran taking his five pounds off again.

There is a meeting back at Uttoxeter again on Sunday and this is the final fixture before jumps racing has it’s mini-break. There is then no National Hunt action until it returns on 15th August at Market Rasen and so I am sure there are plenty of jockeys with little holidays booked before then.

I do think it is a good idea to have a break, but the work will continue here with all the horses back in from their summer holiday. We have a few entries at Uttoxeter on Sunday which includes recent winners, Grand Clermont and Karnaval Point as well as Purple Owl and Ras Kassar who have been running well of late.
