MINEHEAD play at home to Winscombe in the first round of the Uhlsport Premier and First Division Cup on Saturday, September 19 (3p.m.).

Both sides play in the first division of the Uhlsport Somerset County League with Winscombe in seventh spot and Minehead lying 13th, but having played only five games.

Minehead put up a spirited fight before losing 1-0 at home to Peasedown Miners Welfare in a league game last Saturday. It was a result which enabled Peasedown to go top of the table.

Watchet Town, who also play in Division One, have no match this weekend as they conceded their away tie against Clevedon United.
