MINEHEAD gained a 1-0 home win over Bishops Lydeard in a pre-season friendly last night (Wed).

The only goal of the match was scored from the penalty spot by Ollie Prescott in the second half.

Minehead were without at least four members of their first team squad and manager Lee Todd said afterwards: “I was really pleased with the way we played. We deserved to win.”
