TWO gold and six bronze medals, county times and personal best times were gained by three Minehead and West Somerset Swimming Club members who attended the Taunton and Millfield Open Meet at Millfield School’s pool.

Chloe Bown won gold medals in the 100 individual medley and 50m butterfly, and bronze medals in the 50m freestyle, 50m backstroke and 50m breaststroke.

She also gained personal best and county times in 50m freestyle, 50m butterfly and 100m individual medley.

Josh Green won bronze medals in the 50m freestyle, 50m backstroke and 50m butterfly, with personal best times in all three events and also the 100 individual medley.

Megan Date gained a county time in the 50m freestyle and personal bests in the 50m backstroke, 50m breaststroke and 100m individual medley.
