THE curtain goes down on another season in the West Somerset Cricket League which has enjoyed fine weather for much of the summer.

There are only five matches left to be played - one in Divisions One and Three, and three in Division Four.

Morebath, who have kept in touch with the leaders in the first division for much of this season, play away to Over Stowey who conceded the away game against their rivals which was due to be played last month.

Over Stowey's second string are also in action in the third division when they are due to play at Ashbrittle.

In Division Four, Stogumber play at Spaxton already assured of winning the championship while Taunton Deane complete their first season in the league at home against Brompton Ralph.
