PICTURED are members of Williton Parish Council and the West Somerset Tsunami Judo Club with a cheque for £250 presented to the club by the council.

The money will be used to buy training dummies for the club, which has been holding training sessions in the village for more than 50 years.

Training takes place at Danesfield Middle School’s sports hall every Monday, with sessions from 6.30 to 7.45pm for children under 12 and from 7.45 to 9pm for adults and children over 12. New members are always welcome - for more information email [email protected]
