A TWO-acre hillside garden near Wiveliscombe will be open to the public on Monday (May 27) in support of the armed forces charity SSAFA.
The garden of Burges Meadow, Maundown, boasts over 1000 varieties of unusual trees as well as shrubs and borders.
It has a stream, waterfalls and ponds, and a large glasshouse.
Cream teas will be available, and a plant stall. Admission is £4; children enter free; no dogs.
The garden, which has partial wheelchair access, is open from 2pm to 6pm. It is two miles from Wiveliscombe through Langley Marsh.
