ON Sunday July 28, as 50 musicians gathered from far and wide in Minehead’s Regal Theatre to rehearse Monday’s orchestral concert, two gifted young soloists delighted a large audience with music for soprano and trumpet across the road in the town’s Methodist Church. Thus the 56th Festival began in style with the traditional Young Artists’ Recital.
