The first and second floors of the three storey building in High Street are currently let as office accommodation.
Auction appraiser James Lofthouse said: “This property is located in a prime position in the centre of the attractive market town of Wellington.
“It has potential for conversion into multiple units, subject to all necessary consents being obtainable.”
The property’s first and second floors are let to the same tenant at £5,000 per annum and it is being auctioned jointly with Miller Commercial.
