EVENTS to mark the 10th anniversary of the closure of Wansbrough Paper Mill, in Watchet, continue with talks in Watchet Community Centre on Friday, February 13, which include a preview of an art exhibition opening the following day.

Three short talks exploring the imagery and experience of Wansbrough will be given on the Friday by Mary Miles, Paul Upton, and Chris Northam, starting at 7 pm.

On Saturday and Sunday, from 10 am to 3 pm, the community centre hosts an exhibition bringing together works made by local artists who had been invited into the mill by Contains Art in its final months of operation.

The works honour the workforce, history, and activity which had shaped Watchet life for centuries.

Tickets are via Watchet Visitor Centre.
