THIS year’s Exmoor Nature Festival full event listing and printed programme has now been published by Exmoor National Park Authority (ENPA).
The festival runs from Saturday, May 16, to Sunday, May 31, and features more than 50 events from meadow yoga to woodland talks, farm tours to pool dips, and many other wildlife and wellbeing activities across West Somerset.
This year’s festival fortnight will close with the Exmoor Society’s ‘Big Nature Day’ at Nettlecombe Court, described as a ‘joyful celebration of everything that makes Exmoor so special, from the stunning landscapes to the wonderful wildlife’.
It offers a packed programme for all the family of hands-on creative workshops, guided nature walks, live performances, food, stalls, interactive arts, and talks by some of Britain’s best-known environmentalists.
ENPA rural enterprise co-ordinator and festival organiser Julie Colman said: “The Exmoor Nature Festival is such an exciting fortnight, highlighting the health benefits of nature and the beauty of the national park.
“Visitors and the local community will be able to enjoy all manner of experiences, celebrating what our unique natural environment has to offer.

“Our thanks to the Somerset and Exmoor Local Visitor Economy Partnership for their support.
“The festival is a celebration of wildlife and well-being in the national park.
“Discover more about the unique wildlife and habitats of Exmoor, connect to nature and unwind.”
The local visitor economy partnership is funded by the Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, with Somerset Council as the lead authority, and aims to improve pride in place and increase life chances by investing in communities and place, supporting local business, people, and skills.
Free printed programmes can be found in the National Park Centres in Dulverton, Dunster, and Lynmouth, and various other outlets across the Greater Exmoor area.
An online version of the programme of the festival events is also available.
