HERE was very little change at the top when West Somerset Council chairman and vice-chairman Cllr Stuart Dowding and Cllr Tony Knight were both re-elected to the posts unopposed, and Cllr Tim Taylor and Cllr Kate Kravis were returned as leader and deputy leader.
