I was born and brought up in Minehead, and over many years have visited family and friends in the town and surrounding area.

I am writing because, on frequent walks on the beaches of Minehead, Dunster and Blue Anchor this summer, we have noticed how free from plastic and debris they are.

On talking to residents it is clear that the various volunteer groups involved are doing a great job, and I wanted to say thank you.
