IT was game, set and match for tennis enthusiasts at Dunster First School when they unpacked a range of new equipment this week.
A donation from Minehead optometrists Cranmers has allowed the school's tennis club to buy some tennis rackets and indoor foam tennis balls.
The Wednesday evening club is attended by more than 20 year three and four pupils from the school, with the two-hour sessions led by coach Simon Barmby-King.
The club has been running for more than 15 years with a number of former players continuing their tennis careers at Minehead Tennis Club and two former members going on to play for Somerset at junior and senior levels.

"Over the years we have been able to provide numerous children with an introduction to the sport and the new equipment means that we are well placed to continue to do so in the future."
