The Babas will be hoping to field a much stronger side with several players missing from their line-up at Burnham.
One big positive for Minehead is the arrival of new head coach Isaish Graham-Hooper from Taranak, New Zealand.
He has taken over from Mick Orton who stepped down at the end of last season.
Wiveliscombe are away to Truro in Western Counties West, having opened the season with a 30-26 home win over Redruth Seconds.
