OAKE Manor Golf Club’s regular competitions are in full swing now that the weather has improved.

In the Saturday Club Stableford Competition David Rossillo won division 1, scoring 39 points, Nick Hunt came second, also with 39 points, while Russell Foote was third with 38 points.

The overall winner was Mark Popham who won division 2 with 41 points, Paul Coleman came second with 39 points and Kevin Court third with 38 points.

Andrew Gent won the Men’s Sunday Stableford Competition scoring 38 points Ben Chinn was second with 37 points while Mitchell Couryer came third with 36 points.

Karen Grabham won the Ladies Sunday Stableford Competition with 32 points, Daphne Priddy came second with 29 points while Catherine Drysdale was third with 28 points.

In the Seniors Monday Stableford Competition John Wall won division 1 with 39 points, the best score of the day, Michael Shaw was second with 37 points and Peter Taylor came third with 35 points.

Terry Burrow won division 2 scoring 33 points, John Greenslade was second with 32 points and Edward Winter came third with 31 points.

Karen Grabham had her second win of the week in the Ladies Tuesday Stableford Competition. Karen scored 34 points to win division 1 and be the overall winner, Jenny Musgrove was second with 29 points while Jane Clist came third with 28 points.

Sarah Payne won division 2 scoring 29 points, Ros Shepherd was second with 28 points and Sue Corlett third with 27 points.

In the Wednesday Midweek Stableford Competition Paul Flay was the winner with 32 points, Brett Rogers was second with 31 points while Neil Blackmore came third with 29 points.

The previous week in the Wednesday Stableford Competition. the runaway winner was Andrew Gent with 39 points, Joseph Pantling came second with 34 points and Phillip Marsh third with 33 points.
