SOMERSET County League club Watchet Town are expecting goalkeeper Adam Bishop to make a playing comeback next month.

Bishop, one of the best keepers in the first division, has been sidelined since early October with a groin injury.

Despite being without a recognised goalkeeper, Watchet sit second in the table, seven points behind leaders Staplegrove with two games in hand.

It is a big improvement on last season when Watchet struggled near the bottom of the table.
