THE top of the table clash in Watchet Skittles League's Premier League saw Bell All Stars' Barrie Jones score a match winning 120 in their narrow three-pin home win over third placed Q C Guys whose Pete Cowling and Mark Norman both hit 106.
Shane Coxhead knocked 137 for second placed Allsorts as they ran out 51 pin victors against Phoenix Knights, Connor Jeromson scoring 121 for the losers.
Andy Norman hit 106 for Jack as they won away against Hungerford Harriers by 54 pins, Kevin Hole scoring 95, and Kevin Porter and Neil Lane scored 114 apiece for Castaways in their 11 pin away win over Bottoms Up, Mathew Phillips being top of the alley with 130.
In Division A Steve Allen with 106 led Has Beens to the top of the table after a 20 pin away win over White Horse Stallions, Jos Bennett scoring 100 for the home side, while a 13 spare on the last hand of the night from Alan Bland saw him top the alley with 101 as Williton Club climb to second after seeing off the challenge of Rams by 42 pins with Mike Davis and Leigh Davis knocking 94 apiece for the home side.
In Division B Barn Owls continue to sweep all before them as Scott Nurton with 104 led them to a 11 pin victory over their nearest challengers Dungbeetles, Aaron Kendall top for them with 102. Dave Simpson hit 92 for Quantock Stags as they move up the table after recording a 10 pin away win against Wyndham Pinheads whose Andy Pegg topped the alley with 100.
