WATCHET Town Football Club’s annual five-a-side football competition on the memorial ground saw 12 teams compete in the group stages for a place in the quarter-finals.

After some close fought games, the final four were settled, with the semi-finals seeing Tone Youth Bees beat No Fear For Beer 1-0 and Unalthetic Bilbao beat Glenmores Talented by the same score.

The final was a re-match of one of the group games, with Taunton team Tone Youth Bees showing no sign of tiring as they convincingly beat local players Unathletic Bilbao 4-0.

Watchet FC chairman Craig Walsh presented the winning team with the Knight Cup and all the finalists with individual trophies.
