LIFEBOAT volunteers in Minehead responded to their second emergency call of the year on Sunday, rescuing the owner of a broken-down yacht from mid-channel.

Minehead’s Atlantic 85 lifeboat was launched just after 4 pm and took the vessel in tow and returned it to its mooring in Watchet Marina.
