A DROP-IN event to help women in rural areas find work, is being held at Dulverton Library, on Thursday, June 7.
There will be an employment and skills officer from West Somerset Council on hand to talk to people about their needs and how to access work and training.
The drop-in will also coincide with a community employment hub event, which will provide internet access for job searches, as well as practical help with application forms, CVs and interviews.
The organisers plan to also gather information on barriers to employment and training, to help develop projects to address the problems women face. The event runs from 10am to 12.30pm.
