Businesses across West Somerset are paying their respects to the late Queen ahead of her funeral on Monday.

Estate Agents in Williton have paid their respects to Her Majesty by replacing photographs of properties in their windows with those of the late Queen.

And many other businesses are displaying photographs, flags and floral tributes to Her Majesty in their windows.

A majority of businesses are expected to close for at least part of the day on the newly announced Bank Holiday Monday, September 19th, to mark the day of Queen Elizabeth II’s state funeral, as a mark of respect to the late monarch.

Schools and colleges are closed and only critical council services will be operational.
