MINEHEAD Street Pastors have been named as the overall winners of the 2014 West Somerset Volunteer of the Year Awards organised by Engage West Somerset. The pastors also won the group category in the annual awards, while Christine Payne was named as the Individual Volunteer of the Year for her work with the West Somerset Food Cupboard.
