TWO West Somerset girls are making a national impact on their respective sports of swimming and pistol shooting. Chloe Bown has become the UK’s fastest girl breaststroke swimmer of her age, and Sophie Hooper last week came third in the schools’ national pistol shooting championships and was dubbed “one to watch for the future” by a national coach.
