Two new homes could soon be built in Paulton if planning permission is approved.

A planning application has been submitted to Bath and North East Somerset Council by Jason Woodland to build the homes on overgrown land opposite number 15 Tennis Court Avenue.

A statement submitted with the planning application said: “The houses on Tennis Court Avenue are predominantly hipped roof semi-detached dwellings.

“The proposal is for two, two storey semi-detached dwellings with the proposed size and form in keeping with the character and grain of the development area.”
