SIR — I would like to thank the many people who have given support and help to the Living Exmoor campaign.
My very special thanks go to the entire Living Exmoor team. It has very much been a combined effort by all.
Many of us are in full-time work or running our own businesses alongside the countless hours of work and meetings involved with the campaign.
Well done to Mike and Myra Ellicott, Gerald Eva, Tim Gardener, David Harding, Ian Hawkins, Pete and Linda Hendrie, Keith Ross, Craig and Jan Roughley, Mal Treharne and not forgetting all our families, for suffering our continued absences and giving constant support.
As a team we would also commend Brian Meaker of Butlins for his time and funding of the promotional video now being distributed throughout this country and abroad, and to West Somerset District Council and Somerset County Council and North Devon District Council in the supply of the blank cassettes.
Thanks also for the excellent help of Exmoor National Park and West Somerset District Council who have attended all our public meetings and given help and advice where needed.
The support and thanks of the whole community has been very welcome — it really spurs us on in our fight and lobbying for urgent help for the people of Exmoor.
Again, congratulations to you all — but there's still a lot to be done. Please help living Exmoor keep Exmoor living.
Judy Carless,
Tarr Farm,
Liscombe.
