SIR — When the move of the district council offices was being discussed, my local councillor Hugh Davies was told he should have declared an interest because he has a business in Williton. I notice from last week's Free Press that this does not apply if you own several businesses in Minehead and you are talking of moving the market back to its original site and trade has dropped.
