Organised by Stacey Maycock and Mary Jackson, of All Thoughts Events, in association with the Blenheim Gardens Café and Café Bar 21, the celebration attracted a large turnout.

Families gathered their children in the park immediately after the local schools had broken up for the end of the academic year, to enjoy a sunny afternoon of food, games, and entertainment.

Children were treated to a variety of activities, including a bouncy castle, face painting, balloons, a football target game, larger than life inflatables, and superhero characters including a real-life ‘Spider-Man’.

Members of the rotary club were on hand throughout the afternoon to help marshal the event.
