A GUERILLA squad has been back in action in Porlock – in the first steps of a project to improve the village’s floral displays.

The Porlock Guerilla Odd Job Squad was set up to paint, sweep, plant and do whatever is needed to keep the village pristine.

And now the squad has been clearing weeds and putting in new plants at Villes Lane Steps at the village entrance.

The work follows on from fundraising to get a defibrillator for the village, and now the group is turning its sights to improving Porlock with big floral displays.
