A CYCLEWAY is to be widened on the A39 between Ellicombe roundabout, Minehead, and Dunster, resulting in road closures, cycling bans, temporary reduced speed limits, and convoy working from May 6 to June 17.

EXMOOR National Park Authority has received planning applications WTCA 25/08 for tree works at Karslake House, Winsford, and WTCA 25/10 for work on trees in Northmoor Road, Dulverton, the details of which can be viewed at its Dulverton headquarters or on its website.

ROEBUCK Gate Lane is set to be temporarily closed for five days from May 12 until May 16 to enable Wessex Water to carry out water mains replacement works.

CUTCOMBE Hill is set to be temporarily closed from the junction with Steart Lane for 19 days from May 12 until May 30, between the hours of 9.30am and 3.30pm, to enable prep and resurfacing works.

WEST Luccombe Road is set to be temporarily closed from the junction with Chisland Lane for a total of seven days from May 1 until May 15, between the hours of 9.30am and 3.30pm, to enable cabling works.

LUCKES Lane is set to be temporarily closed from the junction with Taunton Road to the junction with Weacombe Road for a total of six days from May 12 until May 17, between the hours of 7am and 7pm, due to road works.

WOOLSTON Lane is set to be temporarily closed from the junction with Taunton Road for eight days from May 15 until May 22, between the hours of 7am and 7pm, due to roadworks.

EXFORD roads Room Hill Road, Chibbet Post to Newland Cross, and Chibbet Post to Exford via Court Farm, are to be closed for three days from April 28 until April 30, between the hours of 9.30am and 3.30pm for Openreach works.
