GROWERS, makers, crafters, brewers, photographers, and visitors from across the local community all came together for the annual Minehead Gardening Club Flower and Produce Show.

The event, held in the town’s West Somerset College, saw a welcome rise in both entries and attendance.

The cup presentations were made by longstanding judge and exhibitor Jim Moon, whose continued support and expertise are greatly valued by the club.

A spokesperson said: “A heartfelt thank you goes to everybody who contributed to the success of the 2026 show, exhibitors, volunteers, visitors, sponsors, and supporters.

“Your involvement keeps this much‑loved local tradition thriving.

“New members are always welcome, so anybody looking to join the club please email [email protected].”

The raffle had 38 prizes, one of which was a large, flower bouquet from Westcotts Flowers, as well as a family pass for Butlin’s and for the West Somerset Railway.
