Between them over £120 worth of prize vouchers were shared.
David Jessup, of Halyard Place, won the £25 top prize which was supplemented by another £25 butcher's voucher donated by Albert Hartgen.
Joan Dyke received the second prize of a £15 voucher to spend in the town together with an extra £25 token from Minehead's Animal shop.
Third prize of £10 and a whole year's worth of West Somerset Free Presses went to Jenny Long, of Whitegate Road.
Co-organiser Graham Sizer, said: "More shoppers are getting involved with the scheme as most realise the ten purchases of over £2.50 to fill a card in is easy to achieve, but just needs to be remembered whenever a High Street shop is used."
While most shopkeepers, now numbering 105, are signed up and have card stickers ready to give out - and the minimum prize vouchers for January so far stands at £175.
But the organisers say this month's winners hit the jackpot only because they asked for stickers whenever they shop - in many cases, shop assistants were too preoccupied, especially with the run-up to Christmas.
"All they need is a nudge. I think the idea is good. But then I am a supporter of the High Street," said Mr Jessup.
The Minehead Loyalty Card Scheme is promoted by Revive Minehead and Minehead's Chamber of Commerce.
