SIR — Well it looks like the spoilt brats of Dunster have won their battle to have the paving slabs replaced, and they should be ashamed of themselves!

At a time when vital services are being cut or axed altogether because of funding cuts, to be happy that £45,000 is being needlessly spent is a disgrace.

Services to rural transport, children, the elderly and mental health are suffering but as long as Dunster looks nice it’s fine.

Clearly, throwing toys out of the collective pram works.

Again you should all be ashamed of yourselves.
