Refugees thank West Somerset folk as fourth anniversary of Ukraine conflict markedThe main celebration in Watchet was at the Esplanade Club where the Deputy Lord Lieutenant David Eliot helped celebrate the fourth birthday of the Forget-me-Not Café and the Watchet and the Quantocks Dementia Action Alliance (DAA).
At the start of the party, a group of year three children from Knights Templar School were singing on The Esplanade before having some cake.
Minehead Dementia Action Alliance had a busy time too, with numerous events taking place, including a tea dance and a stand at Morrison’s supermarket.
