I would like to thank everyone who supported the Open Garden events at Hartwood House, Crowcombe, in aid of Samaritans. Visitors were able to see the beautiful gardens and enjoy the generous hospitality of David and Rosemary Freemantle.

Over £1500 was raised for Samaritans of Taunton and Somerset, a vital contribution to keeping our local branch open and supporting callers in need of emotional support.

My grateful thanks too to the volunteers who helped to make the events such a success.
