New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Somerset West and Taunton’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows – and it’s good news for them both.

Watchet Bowling Club, a pub, bar or nightclub at Bowling Green, Culvercliffe Road, Watchet, Somerset was handed a five-out-of-five rating after assessment on January 9.

And Brewers Fayre & Premier Inn, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Land At, Luttrell Way, Minehead, Somerset was also given a score of five on December 21.
