SIR — On Friday last, December 3, my wife and I, with a small group of friends, had the pleasure of enjoying our first Christmas lunch at Foxes Academy.
What a delightful experience it was!
We were greeted with a very warm welcome in delightful surroundings and were served a delicious three course lunch by exceedingly well trained and very pleasant students.
We were treated to a guided tour by two of the housekeeping students and found the hotel accommodation to be both attractive and of a very high standard.
The staff and students are doing a wonderful job and deserve our support we would encourage anyone who has not yet experienced their hospitality to waste no time in doing so.
