A PROFESSIONAL acoustic guitarist who has performed for Royalty and toured with a comedy legend will perform at the Hood Arms, in Kilve, on Friday, October 16.
Andy Doran will play a mix of classics and contemporary songs during his evening performance in the popular pub, giving guests an opportunity to enjoy live music alongside food and drink.
Andy, who lives in nearby Fiddington, said: “I am really looking forward to performing at the Hood Arms again.
“I debuted there in April this year and it was a hugely popular night so I am really pleased to have been invited back.
“I play and sing a wide range of acoustic tunes, so there should be something for everybody, and I take requests, too.
“It promises to be a fun night out and I hope to see lots of regulars as well as new faces.”
Andy, a professional performer for nearly 40 years, has been playing guitar since the age of 10 years.
His repertoire includes a variety of classic and contemporary cover tunes.
He has previously toured with the late Westcountry comedian Jethro, as well as performing for King Charles III when he was Prince Charles, and for the young Princes William and Harry.
Andy has also performed on the iconic Pyramid Stage at the Glastonbury Festival and famously played alongside Arthur Shaw in an acoustic guitar duo.
