DOVERY Manor Museum, Porlock, will be hosting a coffee morning on Saturday, May 26, from 10.30am to midday.

As well as coffee and tea there will be home-baked cakes and biscuits with the chance to explore the museum where the summer exhibition, entitled ‘My Farming Year’, features the work of local stained glass artist Clare Maryan Green.

Visitors may also wander in the garden with its fruit trees, roses and many herbs, which are clearly labelled recounting their medicinal and culinary uses in times past.

Entry is free but donations are encouraged and appreciated.
