A 31-YEAR-old man from the Spaxton area was one of two motorcyclists killed in separate accidents within 24 hours on the same stretch of road. Flynn Read was riding a Honda Blackbird along the A372 towards Westonzoyland, close to the aerodrome, at about 5.30pm last Sunday evening when the machine left the road. He was thrown from the vehicle and was later pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. The following evening, a 20-year-old man believed to be from the Westonzoyland area also died when his Suzuki 125 motorcycle, travelling towards Bridgwater, was in collision with a Peugeot 106 going in the same direction. The motorcycle was then in collision with a Volvo car travelling in the opposite direction. The rider, who has yet to be formally identified, was also pronounced dead at the scene.
