The Minehead office provides a local base for general enquiries about council services and for making payments to the council.
The council is looking at more cost effective alternatives for providing services and will be asking residents for their views to help inform any future decisions.
The office could relocate to shared premises, reduce its opening hours or close completely with residents encouraged to use online services, where practicable, contact the council by phone or call in at the Williton council offices.
