Based on the figures available, some 29 per cent of students had achieved A* or A passes, well above the national average of 26 per cent and up 2.5 per cent on the college's pass rate last year. Some 45 per cent of students achieved A* to B passes, up five per cent on 2013 and 73 per cent achieved grades A* to C, an increase of five per cent on last year.
